Activity suggestions:

1. Rest stop at Lodge Factory Outlet in South Pittsburg

2. 12 noon CDT: Lunch at Top of the Rock Brewery: Please let Randy know you are coming no later than the week before the trip.  Since Bob and I will be driving from Tunica, we will miss the lunch and will meet everyone at the Park.

***Downtown Chattanooga for lunch & sightseeing 

***Nature Center at the Park: programs & hikes

So, I’ve been thinking about our meal plan.  Bob and I tried a new recipe for Chicken Taco Dip. We made it with leftover chicken from the night before. 

If we switch our 10 Apr dinner and our 11 Apr dinner, we can use the leftover chicken for the Chicken Taco Dip.  The recipe makes an 8x8 pan full and should be enough for our West Ridge appetizer contribution to Happy Hour on the East Ridge on the night of the 11th.  Another benefit of the rearranging is we can start our grill right after the 10 Apr Happy Hour on the West Ridge.  Then on 11 Apr, we can put the lasagna in the oven before we attend Happy Hour on the West Ridge and it will be ready when we return.
